“A Visit to the Other Side” is Artists For Humanity (AFH)’s first group exhibition at Mother Brook Arts & Community Center, located in Dedham, MA. The curated collection of 25 fine art and sculptural works by Boston teen artists will be open to the public starting on February 22nd.
At AFH, teens are given the opportunity to develop and explore their ideas through art and design, and to find and share their voice(s). In the process, they hope to offer the viewer a fresh perspective on their world. Join us on the other side and go beyond the limited frames of Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter for a closer look at the creativity of the next generation of artists and designers.
About Artists For Humanity (AFH) The mission of AFH is to bridge economic, racial and social divisions by providing under-resourced youth with the keys to self-sufficiency through paid employment in art and design. AFH employs and empowers over 250 teens each year at our EpiCenter studios, where in partnership with professional artists/mentors, youth create inspired artwork and design commissions for businesses and individuals.
