Ceramics: Wheel-throwing for Kids
Learn to keep your hands steady on a spinning piece of clay! We will be making pottery on the wheel by centering it into an even shape, opening the clay to a donut shape, and pinching or stretching the clay as it goes around. Basic pots include bowls, cylinders, and combinations of these stacked, attached side-by-side, or assembled into sculptural pieces of art.
