Ceramics Open House

Mother Brook Arts and Community Center is celebrating the opening of our new Ceramics Program with an Open House Thursday October 12th 6pm-9pm.

Learn what this new program has to offer individuals, families, and professional artists. Set to kick off Monday October 16th, our Fall Programming offers something for everyone. 

Explore our large classroom equipped with a 36" slab roller, 8 pottery wheels, 4 large worktables, large sink, cone6 glazing space, and enormous windows (9 giant windows). 

Learn about our adjacent, second workspace for experienced artists interested in working without instruction. This area is equipped with 2 pottery wheels, 2 large worktables, and a shelf for each individual in the Open Studios Program. The room also includes areas for 3 semi-private studio spaces.

Check out our kiln room with 2 digital kilns, sink, and storage space for program works going into and out of the firing process. This third room also includes areas for 3 semi-private studio spaces.

We will be here with the Ceramics Program Director, Caitlyn Marsh and the Executive Director of MBACC, Jean Ford Webb to answer all your clay questions!
